Yael Sherill
Artistic Director
Yael was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and studied in the Interdisciplinary Program in the Arts at the Tel-Aviv University and Performance Design and Practice at Central Saint Martin’s (London). She worked professionally as a scenographer and director in the performing arts field. She co-founded B_Tour at the beginning of 2013 together with Christin Prätor and Amir Yagel. She is in charge of curating the program of B_Tour and strategic development, project and team management, sponsors, fundraising, press and PR.

Christin Endter (Prätor)
Artistic Director (2013-2016)
Christin was born in Pößneck, Germany, and studied Literature and Cultural Studies in Jena, Seville and Berlin. She works as freelance dramaturg and curator, her main focus are site-specific projects and mobile perfomative formats in urban spaces. In the past she worked with Rimini Protokoll, Foreign Affairs and Nordwind. She co-founded B_Tour at the beginning of 2013 together with Yael Sherill and Amir Yagel. She is in charge of curating the program of B_Tour and strategic development, project and team management, sponsors, fundraising, press and PR.

Gosia Szczepanik
Hospitality Assistant and Program Coordinator
Gosia was born in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, and has studied history of art in Wroclaw, PL and Berlin, DE (ERASMUS exchange at Freie Universität Berlin). Before joining B_Tour in 2014 she's been working with various institutions on organizing and managing cultural events (festivals, conferences, exhibitions etc.)

Per Brandt
Project Manager - Denmark
Per was born in Flensburg, Germany, and studied comparative literature in Copenhagen, Paris, and Berlin. Before joining B_Tour in early 2015 he worked in research and publishing as well as for a development NGO and in the culture department of the Goethe-Institut in Germany and India. Currently, he is a programme coordinator at the Goethe-Institut and a project manager at B_Tour. Per is responsible for B_Tour’s upcoming activities in Denmark.
