Karoline was born in Munich, Germany. After her Master's degree (Theaterwissenschaft at Freie Universität Berlin) she worked in different positions at theatres as Kampnagel Hamburg or Schauspiel Hannover. Karoline is a dramaturg, now employed at Tanzarchiv Leipzig e.V. for the cooperation with the B_Tours Leipzig Festival 2015.
