Beogradsko izdanje B_Tour-a bavi se kulturnim, društveno–političkim, istorijskim i ekonomskim aspektima koji čine grad. Program obećava viđenje grada novim očima.

Zbog nedostatka državne ili bilo koje druge podrške, što je posledica globalne krize zajedničke mnogim evropskim gradovima, mladi ljudi u Srbiji koji rade u kreativnim industrijama razvijaju nove, inovativne projekte pokušavajući da ožive društveno–kulturnu scenu svojom snalažljivošću i kreativnim strategijama kao jedinim načinom da se bude proaktivan u društvu.  

Kroz svoj program, B_Tour pokušava da otkrije kako grad utiče na ljude koji žive u njemu i kakve identitete grada pojedinac prilagođava sebi. Izabravši Beograd, B_Tour je imao početnu inicijativu u podršci kreativnom razvoju i širem učešću stanovnika u gradu ukazujući na neke bitne teme za funkcionisanje grada: dijalog, saradnju, kritičko učešće i slobodan izbor. B_Tour Beograd pokušava da razume kako javnost reaguje na društveno angažovanu umetnost, a takođe ukazuje na projekte sa kojima se umetnici predstavljaju kroz program, gde je u nekim slučajevima publika takođe koproducent manifestacije/ture.

B_Tour Festival se posebno zahvaljuje Bitef festivalu na podršci i uključenju u ovogodišnji prateći program.

Zahvalnost za veliku podršku dugujemo i Kulturnom centru Beograda (KCB), Kulturnom centru Rex, UK Parobrod, Nova Iskra dizajn inkubatoru i Fakultetu tehničkih nauka Univerziteta u Novom Sadu (Odeljenje za arhitekturu i urbanizam). Zahvaljujemo se i na značajnoj pomoći Turističke organizacije Srbije, Goethe Instituta i programa Urbanog Inkubatora, Kc Grada kao i Udruženja Distrikt 6, a posebno svim umetnicima za njihov doprinos programu festivala. Ovakva partnerstva stvaraju jake međunarodne mreže kreiranjem društveno angažovanog programa festivala, koji će biti od podjednake važnosti za partnere, umetnike i publiku.

B_Tour Belgrade edition is dealing with socio-political, cultural, historic and economic aspects which constitute the city. The festival’s program promises: Seeing the city with new eyes.
With the lack of governmental or any other support due to the global crisis common to many European cities, young people in Serbia working in the field of culture and creative industries are developing new, innovative projects trying to revive the socio-cultural scene by resourcefulness and creative strategies as the only way to be proactive in society.
How we are influenced by the city we live in and which city identity one adapts is what the B_Tour program is trying to investigate. Choosing Belgrade, B_Tour had a starting initiative of supporting the creative development and a wider participation of residents in the city by recognizing some of the important subjects for the functioning of the city and placing a concern on dialogue, collaboration, critical participation, and free choices. B_Tour Belgrade is trying to understand how the public responds to socially engaged art and relates to projects they participate in, where in some cases the audience is also a co-producer of the event/tour.

We are grateful for the significant help from the National Tourism Organization of Serbia, Goethe-Institute Belgrade, the Urban Incubator Association, Cc Grad, Distrikt 6 Association and especially thanks to all the artist for their contribution to this festival. These partnerships are creating strong local connections by making a sustainable network and an interesting program which will be of equal importance for partners, artists and the audience.
